Grá Psychology supports corporate and public sector organisations and their staff to ensure positive work environments, staff wellbeing is supported, and clients needs are met.

Consultation
Grá Psychology offers group and individual consultation with staff to support better understanding of needs of client (s). These can be remote or face to face.
Additionally, staff group sessions to facilitate change and/or support problem solving using solution orientated approaches is offered.

Supervision and Support
At Grá Psychology, we have a keen interest in supervision and believe in the importance of this for all Staff. Having a safe place to explore professional work related issues can be important. Also, it can support staff retention and prevent burnout. This is offered individually or in small groups.
Team development is also supported whether that’s a new team or an established team. Grá Psychology facilitates exploring and planning shared vision, aims and goals as a team or a whole organisation which can be an important part of the success of any organisation.
