I am experienced in working in schools both as a teacher and as an Educational Psychologist. I understand schools and the unique systems in which they operate. Below are examples of the services I offer:

Drop ins and Consultations

These can be accessed by staff. Having the opportunity to explore professional issues and concerns at the earliest opportunity.

Additionally, I provide staff group sessions to facilitate change and/or support problem solving using solution orientated approaches.

Supervision and Support

I have a keen interest in supervision and believe in the importance of this for all Staff. In many professionals this already exists, however in education settings it is not necessarily available to all. Supervision and support are important to support staff wellbeing so that they in turn can support learners. Also, it can support staff retention and prevent burnout. I offer this individually or in small groups.

CLPL - Training and Workshops

I offer bespoke training and workshops based on the needs of all staff. I offer this in conjunction with a detailed collaborative needs analysis to ensure its targeted appropriately and follow up evaluations and opportunities for embedding.
